Right now I am sitting in the schoolroom with Brandy and Aspen. They are working on their work pages that are about the letter G.
Brandy just said “ You know what… My friend just died.” Then she went into the process of telling me about how Kyle Jane died and how she had just tuned 5 and how they were friends. It made me feel so sad. We decided to put her family on our prayer list.
Last night the whole family went outside and played Croquet. It was lots of fun. I didn't play but had lots of fun taking pictures. I was able to shoot some really good ones of Lacy. She is such a cute little girl. I am not very good at doing pictures of people but I still have lots of fun taking them.

I am sure that when Brandy gets big she is going to be very unhappy with me for sharing this, but its just too funny to keep to myself. The other night I was sitting on the couch reading a book to Brandy and Aspen, when Brandy said “aunt Bree, what are all the red dots all over your forehead?” I looked at her in shock and I am sure that my face got all red. “They are zits,” I replied. She said, “ they are what?” I think my voice must have sounded very funny because I quickly and quietly said what they were and then changed to subject. I was not sure if I should laugh or if I should go cry about the fact that a little girl had noticed all my zits!!!!
On day part of our school lesson was to go outside and look for insects. I had lots of fun taking pictures around the house of different things that we saw.
I am really enjoying my time out here with the Turner family. I am falling in love with all of the children and I don’t know how I am ever going to leave. I have not even been here a week and I am already sad about leaving!!! J God is so good. I was not sure how I was going to like it and I did not think I would enjoy teaching. However God has been giving me the grace I need to each day and I am LOVING teaching and helping out around the house.
